Now Is The Time To Reset Your Diversity & Inclusion Journey

Pandemic, crisis, new normal

These are some of the words used to describe the world in March 2020 and the impact has not yet peaked

But there’s another word that I don’t think is being used enough and that is reset.

Get your pen and paper ready because we are in the middle of global shift.

Some are describing this as a pause or a blip, here we think a little bit differently, we think that this interruption has been so profound that it’s going to change the way we live and work forever.

In todays show we discuss several things including:

  • Some issues concerning Diversity & Inclusion leaders during this crisis
  • The reasons why Diversity & Inclusion may seem irrelevant
  • Our plans to support you

Here’s some of what I share in the show:

The shift we’re experiencing is an opportunity to reset your inclusion journey

“It’s an opportunity to reset our thinking and reexamine the way we work. You have to do this whether you like it or not. This has happened without our consent, it happened without us being consulted but it is happening and we need to consider what the future is going to look like”

You need a comprehensive strategy based on sound principles

“we want what we’ve always wanted. We want you to reconsider what Diversity and Inclusion looks like in your organisation. We’ve been saying it for years but now is the best opportunity in recent history. We want you to see the opportunity that we have to reset and to create value that you didn’t think was possible”

We’re going to help you to get create an inclusive workplace

“We’re going to offer a series of webinars all FREE. In these webinars we’re going to provide you with structure, tools, principles to help you reconsider your next moves. We’re going to bring to life everything that we discuss here”
